History

Ambrose Quintanilla opened Ambrose Realty in Torrance California, U.S.A. in 1984.  He went on to help many families throughout the years. If you talk to his past clients, which often become like family members, you would hear many stories about how he helped those in need fulfill their dreams of either owning real estate or having a place to call home.

On March 24, 2021, Ambrose Quintanilla lost his most recent battle with cancer. He was a fighter and kept his positive, helpful and humorous ways even at the end. 

The next chapter of Ambrose Realty will see the introduction of services to benefit those in need through an affordable housing foundation in his honor. The Legacy of Ambrose Quintanilla and how he touched and helped so many people over his lifetime will live on through Ambrose Realty.org, a non-profit organization. 

The name "Ambrose Realty" will live on as Ambrose Realty.org as we provide affordable housing to individuals in distress.
